These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel products and services provided by My Flight Zone Pty Ltd ("MFZ") to registered travel agents, sub-agents, corporate partners, and business clients.

By making a booking through MFZ, the agent acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Agency Role

MFZ acts as an intermediary between travel suppliers and agents. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, or travel supplier.

Pricing and Availability

All fares and services are subject to availability and may change without notice until ticketed and fully paid.

Quoted fares are not guaranteed until confirmed and issued.

Payments

All payments must be made within the specified time limit advised by MFZ.

Failure to make payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without notice.

Ticketing and Documentation

Agents are responsible for verifying passenger names, travel dates, passport details, and itinerary information before ticket issuance.

Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the agent shall be borne by the agent.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the relevant supplier.

MFZ service fees, transaction fees, and administration charges may be non-refundable.

Refund processing times depend on the supplier and may vary.

Schedule Changes

MFZ is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or operational disruptions made by airlines or other travel suppliers.

Liability

MFZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from supplier actions, schedule changes, travel disruptions, visa refusals, or circumstances beyond our control.

Credit Facilities

Approved credit facilities must be settled according to agreed payment terms.

MFZ reserves the right to suspend ticketing, bookings, or services where payments remain outstanding.

Confidentiality

All contracted fares, commercial terms, commissions, and agreements provided by MFZ are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
